I’ve spent more than a decade behind the scenes in the food creator industry, wearing every hat from content coordination, to graphic design, to video editing, to operations.
I’ve supported creators through cookbook launches, brand partnerships, content pivots, and team transitions. .
What I’ve learned: the most successful food creators aren’t doing it alone. They have someone who knows the industry, anticipates needs, and keeps things running smoothly so they can focus on creating.

What I Do:
I work with a handful of food creators at a time as an embedded executive assistant and operations partner. My clients are typically established creators (50K+ audience) who are overwhelmed by behind-the-scenes work and need someone who can jump in without a learning curve.
